This is the easiest cupcake recipe! And the result is so yummy!
The recipe is also easy to customize and play with, I add strawberry essence to the batter and a block of chocolate to every cupcake before baking. 

You need:
1.5 cups plain flour
3/4 cup sugar
2t baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2t salt
(Icing sugar and water for icing)
(Makes 12 cupcakes) 

Preheat oven to 180•C.
Mix ingredients together.
Spoon and divide mixture into separate molds.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until skewer comes out clean when inserted.
Cool cupcakes on tray.
Ice or decorate as you wish!
  

Before baking I place a block of chocolate in every cupcake. It goes all deliciously melty!
